Tylenol Infant Formula Oral Suspension

McNeil Consumer Healthcare is voluntarily recalling numerous lots of Infants’ Tylenol Oral Suspension in 30 mL packages. The SimpleMeasure dosing systems of these lots may have defective flow restrictors. Flow restrictors can be accidentally pushed into the bottle and the measuring system will not work. Do not use these bottles if this happens. No adverse events have been reported regarding this defect. The following products are affected by this recall:
- BIL0U00, BIL0V00, BIL3500, BJL2D00, BJL2E00, BJL2T00, BJL2U00
