Rosuvastatin (Crestor) - Myopathy and Rhabdomyolysis in Asian-Americans at 40 mg Dose

Patients treated with tiagabine (Gabatril) for off-label uses such as psychiatric illness have an increased risk of seizures. More than 30 patients without epilepsy have experienced seizures during tiagabine therapy. Prescribers are strongly urged to stop off-label use of tiagabine due to this increased risk of seizures.
