GAMMAGARD LIQUID [Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human)] 10%, 20g Recall - Labeling Error

Baxter Healthcare Corporation has voluntarily recalled one lot of GAMMAGARD LIQUID [Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human)] due to a labeling error. The affected lot is being recalled as a precautionary measure and contains incorrect manufacturing and expiration dates on the product label and the unit carton.

This labeling error poses limited risk to patient safety. Given the 20 day difference in labeling and product stability data on file, there is no anticipated effect on product quality. No action is required if the affected lot as already been used. Return remaining inventory of affected product to Baxter.
