Aidapack Services - Recall of Repackaged Products Due To Possible Beta-Lactam Cross Contamination

Aidapack Services, LLC issued a nationwide, voluntary recall of all drug products due to potential cross contamination with beta-lactam products. Exposure to these items could lead to anaphylaxis in patients with beta-lactam hypersensitivities. No injuries have been reported. All health care facilities should stop distributing these products immediately and quarantine the items. Obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) packet to return the products within 30 days by emailing QA@aidapack.com or calling 360-448-2090 (ext. 3) or 866-374-7665 (ext. 3) Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PDT.
