Vecuronium Bromide for Injection Recall by Hospira

Hospira Inc. is voluntarily recalling two lot numbers of vecuronium bromide for injection, 10 mg/10 mL vials (NDC 0409-1632-01). The 2 affected lot numbers of vecuronium are 69-080-DD (Expiration date 09/01/2010) and 70-350-DD (Expiration date 10/01/2010). These lots are being recalled because the vials are missing the statement "WARNING: PARALYZING AGENT" on the cap overseals. This action is precautionary and no adverse events related to this missing statement have been reported.
