Fentanyl (Duragesic, generic) Boxed Warnings

The boxed warnings for fentanyl transdermal patches (Duragesic, generic) now includes more specific information about who should receive the product, hypoventilation, cytochrome P450 3A4 drug interactions, abuse potential, diversion potential, and administration. In addition, more detailed information on these topics is discussed in the package insert outside of the boxed warning.
